| About the Artist |
| The love of my life is painting! My favorite subjects are portraits, seascapes, still lifes, fantasy art and cats, and sometimes landscapes. I absolutely LOVE doing miniatures even though sometimes they take as long as a larger painting. When I pick something I paint the "essence and deeper quality" of that subject. There is something spiritual about creating a painting, I believe that painting is expressing one's inner creative light, and when I paint I feel a Zen-like state of being in the moment. I hope you can share this quiet moment with me. My muse has been quite active lately. Originally from New Zealand, I have lived in Connecticut, Colorado, Pennsylvania and have now settled in Natick, Massachusetts. I became an American Citizen and proud to be one. I have travelled internationally a lot over the years and enjoyed every minute of it. I decided to put this site together to share my work with everyone. If a painting on this site speaks to you, contact me if you are interested in buying it. Some of the paintings are sold and in private collections, these are listed as an example of my commissions. Interested in a special painting just for you? Contact me at sea_which@yahoo.com . More works for sale are posted regularly. If you have any particular subject you would like to see, or comments about this website, feel free to email me to chat. Enjoy browsing the paintings and looking through my eyes at the beauty I see around me and in my imagination. |
